TBR Chancellor’s Holiday Messages

As part of the design efforts for the Tennessee Board of Regents, I designed digital graphics and printed cards for holiday and event communications on behalf of Chancellor Flora Tydings. These materials spanned key occasions throughout the year, including Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Labor Day, reaching stakeholders across both digital platforms and physical print.

The Challenge

The primary objective was to produce visually engaging, high-quality graphics tailored for diverse media formats, ranging from email communications to high-resolution print cards. I needed to ensure each piece maintained a clean, professional, and refined aesthetic while strictly aligning with the established visual identity of previous holiday messages. Balancing distinct holiday themes with ongoing brand cohesion across various digital and print specifications presented a key design constraint.

Reflection

Working on this series reinforced the importance of brand consistency across different visual mediums and distribution channels. This project allowed me to explore my creativity for building patterns and simple, repeatable graphics. By establishing unified layout structures and harmonious color palettes early on, I was able to streamline the workflow for recurring seasonal communications while upholding a polished image for the Chancellor's office.
